First Contact

We got to 'talk' to him! Via Facebook. It was good to be able to sort of talk to him. We can send pictures and voice recordings to him and he sees them instantly so that is a relief. I am not sure what I was expecting to feel, happy maybe reassured? It felt good to know that he was ok, I'm glad I can look back and read his words. With deployments it was a call, and it was SO GOOD to hear his voice. I guess I am still surprised that social networking is or communication form. New things, adapt and overcome I guess.
